Where We Work

How a visit works wherever you are

When you contact us for a project, we schedule a complete site visit at your property. We arrive with ladders, safety gear, and measuring tools ready to evaluate your entire roof line. We start by walking the roof, examining shingles or metal panels, checking moss coverage, and inspecting flashing around all penetrations. Where we can get into the attic, we check the underside of the deck, look for moisture stains, and verify proper ventilation paths. We take clear photos of any worn spots, rotten wood, or damaged flashing we find. Once we gather all measurements and photos, we sit down with you to discuss our findings and write your detailed quote.

You can help us prepare by ensuring clear access to your driveway, unlocking side gates, and keeping pets indoors. If you have noticed specific leak areas or attic moisture stains, pointing those out when we arrive helps us focus our physical checks.

What we bring to every roof

We bring dedicated tools, full safety equipment, and practical coastal experience to every job in your neighbourhood. We treat your property with respect from the moment we arrive. We cover your plants, decks, and walkways with tarps before stripping old shingles or metal panels. We use heavy-duty underlayment, code-compliant eave protection, and durable flashing to defend your roof deck against wind-driven rain. Our crew works efficiently inside dry weather windows to keep your home protected throughout the installation process. Before we pack up, we clean out your gutters, sweep the surrounding grounds, and run a magnetic roller across your lawn and driveway to pick up every loose nail.
